The Resident Evil Team have just advised me that Revelations 1 and 2 are definitely coming to the Nintendo Switch, but that’s not the greatest Revelation of it all. Included with this bit of news is the announcement that Switch owners will get a special little bonus tied in with their games:
Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2 are coming to the Nintendo Switch! With all previously released content for the games already included, Switch owners are in for a special bonus with two new retro mini-games. Blast away at the Ooze horde and go for the high score in Ghost Ship Panic in Resident Evil Revelations during the game’s initial loading sequence. In Resident Evil Revelations 2, play as Barry Burton in an homage to Ghosts n’ Goblins, accessible via a secret hidden in Raid Mode. Playing both these retro mini-games earns you currency for use in the highly replayable Raid Mode in each respective title.
Resident Evil Revelations Collection will be coming to Nintendo Switch on November 28th, 2017 in North America for $39.99, which includes one cartridge with Resident Evil Revelations as well as a download voucher for Resident Evil Revelations 2. Each game will also be available as a digital download for $19.99 as well in both North America and Europe.
